Naruto oc - not so original

Well first let me explain this... i wanted to make a naturo Oc.. so.. this turned out, its a nin from kumogakure, i think the vest turned out ok.
And yeah, im lazy with the backgrounds

did it an afternoon i think... its actually a modified rip xD
